Examples of Our Work

• Intravascular
Imaging System

Syncro Medical designed the software architecture and user interface for
a completely new, next-generation intravascular ultrasound device.
Using a full set of Rational process tools, including Requisite Pro, XDE,
ClearCase, and ClearQuest, our software engineers provided full detailed
design, implementation, and unit test as well as system documentation,
for a complex multi-processor system. Syncro Medical also designed and
implemented full DICOM archiving capability.
(C#, .NET, Windows XP,
Rational XDE)
• Ventilation
System

This client engaged Syncro Medical to develop a modern
user interface for its next-generation ventilator. By
utilizing our rapid prototyping capability, the client was able to accelerate
market research with their international customers, resulting
in faster time to market for this critical new product.
(PEGX,
C++, Windows/ThreadX)
• Patient Monitor

Syncro Medical integrated vital-sign sensors
(e.g., SpO2, EKG), created the user interface and menu
system, and wrote several drivers for a next-generation bedside
patient monitoring system. This
client designated Syncro Medical as its dedicated resource
for sustaining engineering on this product line.
(C++, pSOS, Rational Rose UML)
•
21CFR Part 11 Compatibility for HPLC/Chromatography System

In order to begin selling
its analyzer to the pharmaceutical sector, this client engaged
Syncro Medical
to bring their product into compliance with 21 CFR Part 11
requirements, including
traceability and electronic signatures.

(C++, Adobe Acrobat)

• Immunoassay Instrument

Syncro
Medical performed a number of software engineering tasks for a wide
range of immunoassay instruments, including user interface, data management, LIS
interface, advanced robotics, and back-end realtime control.
(Visual Basic, C++, Windows 2000, Rational
Rose UML)
• Anesthesiology
System

This client engaged Syncro Medical to
help develop a new product line. We designed and implemented new user
interface and communication modules using the client’s propriety
real-time operating system.
(C and C++, Proprietary OS)
• Non-invasive Blood/Tissue Analysis Device

Syncro Medical’s
engineering team designed and implemented the software architecture,
user interface, device interfaces and data management architecture
for an innovative vision-based diagnostic instrument.
(C++, VxWorks, Rational Rose UML)
